I focus on three areas:

  • Work & Productivity Coaching → How to manage overload, work more efficiently and maintain creative flow.
  • Neurodiversity Coaching (HSP Coaching) → How to set up a lifestyle without exhaustion as a sensitive professional.

Life Transition Coaching → How to navigate a period of big changes.

  • Therapy → goes deep, focusing on emotions, relationships, and long-term internal changes.
  • Coaching → is practical, focusing on concrete changes, productivity, and problem solving.
    If you are not sure which path is right for you, we can discuss it together in our first meeting.
  • Usually 3-5 sessions, focused on a specific topic.
  • I combine questions with an analytical approach → I will help you not only find answers, but also create a specific plan.

Coaching is structured – after the session you will receive a summary, recommendations and tools to help you move forward.

  • In person – in my office in Prague.
  • Online – via video call.

It is always important to have a quiet environment where no one will disturb you.

  • What problem do you want to solve?

  • What obstacles are holding you back?

It’s also important to consider how much time and energy you want to invest in the change.

  • Coaching is not psychotherapy, but I maintain complete discretion.
  • I do not keep personal records of my clients and do not share any information.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours → free.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours → you pay the full session, but if I find a replacement client, I do not ask for a refund.

Apologies via SMS / WhatsApp – I do not read email every day.

Yes, but only exceptionally. Sometimes I need to move the date if there is a crisis situation with another client who needs urgent support.

  • More structured than classic coaching → I help you not only find answers, but also create specific action steps.
  • Analytical approach → After the meeting, you will receive a summary, recommendations and tools to help you continue.

We do not stop at theory → Coaching has a direct impact on your functioning and results.

We usually meet once a week or once every 14 days, but it depends on the topic and your possibilities. Sometimes one intensive meeting is enough, sometimes longer cooperation is better.

If after the first meeting you find that coaching is not what you are looking for, we can agree on a different approach or end the collaboration. You do not have to commit to a certain number of meetings.
