Therapy and Coaching – Which path is for you?

Therapy goes deep and helps you understand yourself, your emotions and your relationships. Coaching focuses on practical change, productivity and specific goals.

Below you will find details and examples of topics we can address together.

Coaching

... practical and targeted change

Coaching is right for you if:

  • You want to optimize your work style, productivity or life balance.
  • You are looking for clear steps to achieve a specific goal.
  • You do not need a deep analysis of emotions, but practical solutions.
  • You need an effective system and structure for change.

  • You can’t concentrate and your work is fragmented.
  • You are an entrepreneur, artist or creative professional looking for a more efficient way to work.
  • You want to improve your emotional resilience and stress management in a demanding environment.
  • You need to change your mindset and get rid of the internal blocks that are holding you back.
  • You are dealing with a major life transition (career change, new roles in life) and want to find your way around it.

Therapy

... a deep process and longer-term work

Therapy is right for you if:

  • You feel long-term overload, emotional overload or chronic fatigue.
  • You need ongoing support in finding yourself.
  • You are dealing with relationships, sensitivity, self-confidence or life direction.
  • You are not just looking to change habits, but to understand yourself more deeply.

Price: 1.600,- CZK / hour

  • You are successful on the outside, but inside you feel empty and dissatisfied.
  • You have low self-esteem, even though others perceive you as a capable person.
  • You struggle with anxiety, inner pressure, or fear of failure.
  • You need to integrate powerful experiences, such as after psychedelic sessions.
  • You often feel overwhelmed, irritated, or overwhelmed while others are coping with similar situations.
  • You are doing well in your job, but you long for something that would suit you better – but you are afraid to even look for the opportunity.

What makes my approach different?

What to expect from me:

  • In therapy, I am action-oriented and change-oriented.
Don’t expect just passive listening – instead, I try to inspire, seek new perspectives and motivate to move forward.
  • In coaching, I combine questions with an analytical approach.
My coaching is more structured than classic coaching – I help clients not only find answers, but also provide concrete evidence, summaries and an analytical perspective on their topic. This approach is based on my experience in business and team management, where a clear structure and strategy play a key role.
  • I work only individually with adults – I do not do couples therapy or work with children.
  • Therapy is fully paid for by the client.
I focus on topics such as overload, relationships, emotional balance, sensitivity, and personal development.

Think about the topic you want to discuss. It is useful to consider the following:

  • How and when did your problem start?
  • How does it affect your everyday life?
  • What would you like to address in therapy?
  • What would be the ideal change?

You can also think about how often you would like to meet.

  • In person – at my therapy office in Prague (Urxova 6).
  • Online – via video call.

It is always important to have a quiet environment where no one will disturb you. If you are undergoing online therapy and do not have privacy at home, you can connect from your car, for example.

  • I do not require any personal information and keep my notes anonymous.
  • When I talk about clients in supervision, I always do so completely anonymously.

If you do not want me to bring your case to supervision at all, I will respect that.

That’s up to you. The usual frequency is once a week or once every 14 days, but it is possible to arrange this individually.

Yes, but only in exceptional cases. Sometimes I need to reschedule if another client has an emergency situation that requires urgent support.

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance → free of charge.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance → you pay for the entire session, but if I find a replacement client, I will not charge you.
Please send apologies via SMS/WhatsApp – I do not read my email every day.
  • Come sober – therapy is most effective when you are in touch with yourself.
  • Turn off your cell phone – if possible, immerse yourself fully in the process.

Give yourself time after therapy – going straight into a stressful situation is not ideal. A peaceful walk or some time to yourself will help.

I work using the biosynthesis method, which combines work with the body, emotions, and mind. In addition to conversation, I use:

  • Relaxation and breathing exercises
  • Work with the body and energy circulation
  • Mindfulness and somatic techniques

All of these approaches are voluntary—if you only want to work verbally, that is perfectly fine.

Each process is individual. Short-term therapy can last several weeks or months, while deeper issues may require long-term cooperation (1 year or more).

Yes, you can try one session and then decide whether my approach suits you. However, I recommend planning for at least a few sessions, as changes don’t usually happen right away.

Therapeutic confidentiality means that information shared in therapy remains confidential. However, there are situations in which the therapist is legally obliged to breach confidentiality and inform the police or other authorities.

This mainly applies to cases where confidentiality could endanger someone’s life, health, or safety. Situations that fall under the reporting obligation include:

1) Planning a serious crime

If a client says they’re planning to hurt someone on purpose, like:

  • Physical assault, murder, or another violent crime.
  • Sexual violence against a child or adult.
  • Terrorist activity or threats to the public.

In such cases, the therapist is required by law to inform the police.

2) Abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor

If the therapist discovers that a child is being abused, exploited, or endangered, they must inform the OSPOD (social and legal protection of children authority). This also applies in cases of:

  • Domestic violence, if children are present.
  • Neglect of a child to an extent that endangers their health or life.
  • Sexual abuse or other forms of serious harm to a child.

3) Immediate threat to life

If a client talks about suicide and has a specific plan (e.g., “I’m going to jump off a bridge tomorrow”), the therapist may contact a crisis hotline or medical facility to ensure the client’s safety.

If a client threatens someone else, the therapist has a duty to warn the person at risk and inform the police.

I focus on three areas:

  • Work & Productivity Coaching → How to manage overload, work more efficiently, and maintain creative flow.
  • Neurodiversity Coaching (HSP Coaching) → How to set up a lifestyle without exhaustion as a sensitive professional.

Life Transition Coaching → How to navigate periods of major change.

  • Therapy → goes deep, focusing on emotions, relationships, and long-term internal changes.
  • Coaching → is practical, focusing on specific changes, productivity, and problem solving.

If you are unsure which path is right for you, we can discuss it together at our first meeting.

  • Usually 3–5 sessions focused on a specific topic.
  • I combine questions with an analytical approach → I will help you not only find answers, but also create a concrete plan.

Coaching is structured – after each session, you will receive a summary, recommendations, and tools to help you move forward.

  • In person – at my office in Prague.
  • Online – via video call.

It is always important to have a quiet environment where no one will disturb you.

  • What problem do you want to solve?
  • What result would you like to achieve?
  • What obstacles are holding you back?

It is also important to consider how much time and energy you want to invest in the change.

  • Coaching is not psychotherapy, but I still maintain complete confidentiality.
  • I do not keep personal records about my clients and do not share any information with third parties.
  • Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance → free of charge.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance → you pay for the entire session, but if I find a replacement client, I will not charge you.

Please send apologies via SMS/WhatsApp – I do not read my email every day.

Yes, but only in exceptional cases. Sometimes I need to reschedule if another client has an emergency situation that requires urgent support.

  • More structured than traditional coaching → I help you not only find answers, but also create specific action steps.
  • Analytical approach → After the meeting, you will receive a summary, recommendations, and tools to help you move forward.

We don’t just stick to theory → Coaching has a direct impact on your performance and results.

We usually meet once a week or once every two weeks, but it depends on the topic and your availability. Sometimes one intensive meeting is enough, other times longer cooperation is better.

If, after the first meeting, you decide that coaching is not what you are looking for, we can agree on a different approach or terminate the cooperation. You do not have to commit to a certain number of meetings.

Yes, but always by agreement. Coaching is about practical change, so we often set specific action steps between meetings to help you reach your goals faster.

I want to arrange a meeting.

How to contact me?

I currently work primarily with people experiencing chronic overload

Most often, this includes:

  • entrepreneurs, managers, and other professionals in demanding roles
  • creatives and people in visionary or self-driven careers
  • and often also individuals with HSP or ADHD who have been functioning on the edge of their capacity, losing energy and meaning over time

If any of this resonates with you, please take a look around my website and consider whether my specialization and working style align with what you’re currently dealing with.

Current availability

My calendar has been fully booked several weeks in advance, but occasionally a time slot opens up when someone cancels a scheduled session.

Feel free to message me via the form below or WhatsApp / SMS, and please briefly describe what you’re dealing with – what kind of support you’re looking for and your current situation. I’ll get back to you within a few days, let you know if I’ve added you to the waiting list, and then reach out again as soon as a spot becomes available.
